All users of www.wyattheritage.com,whether members of Wyatt Heritage Properties or not, agree to the terms and conditions which follow. Responsibility for the use of material by the user of the New Era Archives PEI lies with the user. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in penalty including but not limited to loss of benefits of this site/Membership and may result in legal action for injunction, damages or both.

www.wyattheritage.com/membership is owned and operated by the City of Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada. "User" is you as the member (or non-member in the case of certain databases which from time to time may be offered free of charge or on a special offer and/or  trial basis) or anyone you allow to access New Era Archives PEI site, such as a minor you as Guardian or Parent are responsible for. If there are terms and conditions with which you do not agree please do not use this site. Use of this Membership site by you or those for whom you are responsible binds you to the terms of this agreement.

The operators of this site reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement without notification. It is the responsibility of the User to check each time you use the site for any changes to the agreement and, finding any, the continued use of the site/New Era Archives PEI by User indicates acceptance of the change(s) on User's part.
